The ordered products will be shipped in sequence as soon as the stock is confirmed. Usually, it will be shipped 3 to 4 business days after receiving your order.

 

Specify delivery date and time

The delivery date and time can be specified from 5 business days to 1 week before the order is placed. We do not accept any other delivery date and time specifications.
In addition, we do not reserve any products.

 

About shipping charges

Shipping charges are set for each product and prefecture. 
Free shipping for purchases of 20,000 yen or more (product price) per order.
 

 

When there is a change of address after ordering

If the delivery address changes after your order is completed, please be sure to contact us by email.
Please note that if you do not contact us, it will be delivered to your old address.

About overseas delivery

As a general rule, we do not deliver to overseas.
